We are open Tuesday to Saturday. Choose an available departure time when booking. Arrive 5–10 minutes before your booked time at Zuidstraat 9, Oranjestad, with your confirmation ready.

Directions, pickup and parking
Use Zuidstraat 9, Oranjestad, Aruba as your meeting address. Check your booking confirmation for arrival instructions, and email booking@arubacave.com before travelling if you need parking or transport information. Cruise visitors can find planning guidance on the Cruise Passengers page.
How long it takes
Plan for around sixty minutes in total. That covers arrival and check-in, the introduction to the legend, the safari transfer, the cave experience through all six scenes, and the return. Arrive 5–10 minutes before your booked time.
What to wear and bring
Wear comfortable, closed shoes you can walk in, along with light, comfortable clothing suitable for an active experience, and bring a light layer in case you feel the cool of the chambers and the mist. Have your booking confirmation ready on your phone or printed, and where possible leave large bags behind so you can move easily through the scenes.
Age and safety guidance
The experience is designed for ages four and up. It includes darkness, sound effects, smoke and intense theatrical moments, so parental guidance is advised for younger children. The route is fully guided and supervised throughout. If you have specific concerns about suitability, contact us before booking, and we will help you decide.
Accessibility
If anyone in your group has mobility, sensory or other access needs, please get in touch with us before you book. We will explain what to expect across the scenes and the transfer, and advise on what we can accommodate so that you can plan with confidence.
Ready to book?
For tickets booked directly through this website, cancel at least 24 hours before the booked start time for a full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start are non-refundable, and changes less than 24 hours before the start are not accepted. Cut-off times use Aruba local time. Email booking@arubacave.com for cancellation or change requests.
