Frequently Asked Questions
Know before
you enter.
Everything guests ask most, in one place. If your question is not answered here, contact us at booking@arubacave.com, and we will help.
How long is the full experience?
Plan for around ninety minutes in total, including arrival, the introduction, the safari transfer, the cave experience and the return.
Is Lost Cave of Aruba a real cave?
It is a themed immersive attraction built in Aruba, with scenic cave environments, live performers, light, sound, smoke and story-driven rooms. It is designed to feel like a movie you can walk through.
What actually happens during the visit?
You move through six scenes, guided by clues, sound and performers, from arrival at basecamp through the safari transfer and into the cave chambers. The Experience page tells the full scene-by-scene story.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, the experience is designed for ages four and up. It includes darkness, sound effects, smoke and intense theatrical moments, so parental guidance is advised for younger children.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable, closed shoes and clothing you can move in, and bring a light layer for the cooler chambers, along with your booking confirmation. Plan Your Visit has the full list.
Is the experience accessible?
If anyone in your group has mobility, sensory or other access needs, contact us before booking, and we will explain what to expect and advise on what we can accommodate.
Do I need to book in advance?
Capacity is limited each session to keep the experience immersive, so we strongly recommend booking ahead, especially during cruise season.
What is your refund or rescheduling policy?
Please review the refund and rescheduling terms shown during checkout when you book. If you need to make a change, contact us at booking@arubacave.com as early as possible, and we will do our best to help.
What happens in bad weather?
As a themed indoor-style attraction, the experience runs in most conditions. If anything affects your session, we will contact you about the options.
Can I take photos?
Please note that photography is not permitted during the tour. A designated professional photo session will be provided at a specific moment, allowing guests to enjoy the experience without interruptions.
Can cruise groups book?
Yes. The experience can be planned around cruise arrival and departure times and group transport needs. The Cruise Passengers and Cruise Groups pages have the detail.
Is there a minimum or maximum group size?
Private and group adventures are welcome. Please tell us your numbers, and we will arrange a session that fits.
