Lost Cave of Aruba is located in the Oranjestad area. Your adventure begins at basecamp, where you check in before the safari transfer takes you toward the cave. The exact pickup and route details are confirmed when you book. Use the map link on our site, or contact us if you need directions.
Directions, pickup and parking
By car, head toward the Oranjestad area and follow the confirmed directions from your booking, where parking guidance is also provided. Because the safari transfer is part of the experience, plan to arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time. If you are coming by taxi or rideshare, ask to be dropped at the confirmed basecamp meeting point. Cruise visitors will find arrival-time planning and transport from the port on the Cruise Passengers page.
How long it takes
Plan for around ninety minutes in total. That covers arrival and check-in, the introduction to the legend, the safari transfer, the cave experience through all six scenes, and the return. Arriving a little early helps your session start smoothly.
What to wear and bring
Wear comfortable, closed shoes you can walk in, along with light, comfortable clothing suitable for an active experience, and bring a light layer in case you feel the cool of the chambers and the mist. Have your booking confirmation ready on your phone or printed, and where possible leave large bags behind so you can move easily through the scenes.
Age and safety guidance
The experience is designed for ages four and up. It includes darkness, sound effects, smoke and intense theatrical moments, so parental guidance is advised for younger children. The route is fully guided and supervised throughout. If you have specific concerns about suitability, contact us before booking, and we will help you decide.

Dusty Trails and Clear Waters: The Ultimate Day on the Coast
You cannot come to this rock and just look at the water from a lounge chair. The ocean here does two totally different things depending on where you stand. On one side it is calm like a swimming pool, and on the other, it crashes against the rocks like a wild beast. Seeing both in one day is the whole point of a trip out here.
Finding the Hidden Swimming Spots
The wild coast has this awesome pocket of water hidden right inside the volcanic rock. The waves crash outside, but inside it is calm enough to swim. Taking an Aruba natural pool tour is the easiest way to get down there because the road is basically a pile of boulders. You need a serious vehicle or a lot of stamina to hike it.
